ALERT! Take Action Against Virginia House Bill 207

The Second Amendment rights of thousands of law-abiding Virginians are under assault, and we need your help to fight back. 

Radical anti-gun lawmakers in the Virginia House of Delegates are pushing HB 207, which would impose an unconstitutional $500 tax on firearm suppressors. 

Let’s be clear: This legislation is designed to discourage law-abiding gun owners from adequately protecting their hearing while exercising their constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms.

If enacted, HB 207 will disproportionally impact working-class gun owners who do not have the means to pay an additional $500 penalty. Civil liberties are not dictated by socioeconomic status. This bill is both misguided, unequal, and unconstitutional.
