ATF Breaks Silence Following Court Injunction

On August 28, ATF Director Robert Cekada took to X to dispel misinformation spreading online and announce that ATF is, in fact, working on guidance for industry and individuals following the Jensen v. ATF ruling in the Northern District of Texas.

We applaud Director Cekada and ATF for their transparency, for their direct statement that the “ATF respects the Court’s ruling,” and for their efforts, along with DOJ and the Trump Administration, to carefully evaluate the court injunction and work on “getting it RIGHT” instead of “getting it out fast.”
