BLACK CREEK, GA – The American Suppressor Association (ASA) is pleased to announce that Daniel Defense, a leading manufacturer of premium firearms and suppressors, has become a Host Sponsor of the 2019 ASA Industry Forum.  Hosted in Washington, D.C., the ASA Industry Forum provides an opportunity for executives and compliance personnel from across the suppressor industry to come together to advance our common mission for pro-suppressor advocacy.

The core purpose of the three-day ASA Industry Forum is to give leaders in the suppressor industry the opportunity to provide input in ASA’s short and long-term strategies, and immediately work together on their implementation. Executives in attendance will join ASA as we tour the NFA Division Headquarters in Martinsburg, West Virginia, and meet with ATF leadership to address industry concerns. We will spend a full day discussing ASA’s legislative strategy, including ways to modernize the NFA process to decrease transfer times. Finally, we will spend a day on Capitol Hill as we sit down with lawmakers and officials from the White House to find ways to put our ideas into action.

“Daniel Defense’s support of our Forum highlights their commitment to advancing pro-suppressor advocacy nationwide,” said Knox Williams, President and Executive Director of ASA. “DD is a leader within our Association and the industry at large. We are honored to have their support.”

ABOUT THE AMERICAN SUPPRESSOR ASSOCIATION

The American Suppressor Association (ASA) is the unified voice of the suppressor community. We exist for one reason and one reason only: to fight for pro-suppressor reform nationwide.

The ability of the American Suppressor Association to fight for pro-suppressor reform is tied directly to our ability to fundraise. Since the ASA’s formation in 2011, 3 states have legalized suppressor ownership and 18 states have legalized suppressor hunting. Much of this would not have happened without your support. For more information on how you can join us in the fight to help protect and expand your right to own and use suppressors, visit www.AmericanSuppressorAssociation.com.
