As an ASA supporter, your complete satisfaction is our goal. All orders for membership dues, donations, or raffle entries are final and we cannot issue refunds. If you have any questions or concerns about your membership, donation, or raffle transaction, please contact us by email at email@example.com. Merchandise can be returned within 14 calendar days from date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. ASA does not cover the cost of return shipping or insurance.
Exchanges will be billed for the cost of reshipping unless the exchange was due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping of membership materials and merchandise orders. ASA will ship via the most economical method. We appreciate your support and we try to ship items as quickly as possible once your order is received.
ASA currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express transactions. All payments are made in US Dollars (USD). If we are unable to process your credit card, please review the transaction to ensure you entered the correct card information, including the proper name, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.
